Drogheda Zine Fair is a local celebration of DIY publishing and counterculture collaboratively run by Rita Hynes in collaboration with the non-profit art collective, thirtythree.45.
Situated in the main gallery of Droichead Arts Centre, visitors will have the chance to browse stalls, connect with zinemakers, and purchase zines in a welcoming and inclusive space. Drogheda Zine Fair is free for both participants and attendees, building DIY community connections and promoting underground and punk zinemaking practices.
Thanks to additional support from Louth County Council, we are excited to announce our events programme that will accompany our fair across three venues. These events include a pop-up exhibition at The Kiosk, artist talks with Boz Mugabe and Kelly Hoyne and a zinemaking workshop with Kathryn McGrane.
