Something that almost got lost in the rebellion excitement a few weeks ago was Irelands very own DIY music festival, GGI Fest 2022. It is an (almost) annual event that is spread across 3 countries, Groningen in Holland, Glasgow in Scotland and anywhere in Ireland. This year is Irelands turn and Conor has put together a really impressive line-up over the three days. Friday sees the Objectors, Audible Joes, The Nilz and others joining Dutch punks Evil Centric and Front Sector.
Saturday is full on with Bratakus and Ramrod from Scotland alongside Rat Patrol, Persona Non Data, Kurt Door De Bocht from the Netherlands as well as home birds Takers and Users, Coathanger Solution, Yurt, Blow-Ins and so many more.
Sunday has No Matter, Chimers, Sympos, 50 Ft Woman and a ton more. Really should be a great weekend. Camping available on site, the punk electric picnic if you will
