8 song ep from Canterburys finest The spoilers. This has been in The works for quite a while and has been highly anticipated by me anyway. This release even seeing the light of day is a lesson in adversity with lockdowns, cancellations and a general urge to wonder what it’s all about.
They have filled out their sound (check out the excellent album Roundabouts) with some Hammond organ but it’s still uplifting punky tunes in the Leatherface / Lawrence Arms vein with some pop sensibilities thrown in for good measure.
I saw these live with Dealing with damage a few years back and was hooked by their hooks then and nothing has changed since. Order it here
